Pippa’s personally designed 14-Beat Narrative Structure manifested out of years of trial, error and research.

Creative, Unique, Actor, Singer, Writer, worked in radio, publishing, film (Wardrobe, PA, Content Director, Actor); navigated challenging inter-cultural dualities; screenwriting mentor and humanitarian … Pippa has taught Screenwriting at AFDA Film College, Boston Media House, in prisons (including to maximum offenders) and is in the process of Producing a Documentary called I Thought Prison Was A Silent Place documenting this journey of released offenders, impoverished peoples’ transition into using creative skills to be productive in a harsh world. Author of Screenwriting Manual Strike Up! Structure Your First Film Pippa is SA born in 1950’s during turbulent years of Age of Defiance against Apartheid. This era shaped her history catapulting her into a political consciousness culture, shelving career dreams to write gritty township lyrics reflecting brutalities of the time. Later she wrote and Directed Stage show Mixed Blood (Women’s festival, 1984). 20 years later, Gavin Hood, (friend and colleague), persuaded her to get involved in screenwriting. She wrote, performed and produced her well-acclaimed one-woman show, The Voice Beyond the Veil (2005/6/7), thereafter started writing in earnest. Classified for FPB (Film Publications Board, 2014-2020). Now, is back to writing, teaching producing full-time from her home studio’s IQU 2 Film and Greenlight District Project.
